This former railway line located between Rouyn-Noranda and Taschereau invites cyclists to immerse themselves in a variety of landscapes representing the typical ecosystems of Abitibi-Témiscamingue.
This 56 km long section is part of the Route verte and is entirely covered with stone dust.
2020 - Users are reminded that due to a major break in the road surface, the section covering kilometers 33 to 38 (portion that crosses Aiguebelle National Park) remains closed until further notice.

This cycling path, which connects the D'Alembert district to Taschereau, crosses an intensive hunting zone and it is in the interest of user safety to comply with the ban on cycling during the bow and rifle hunting season.
