Just 5 minutes from downtown, Kiwanis Beach is the ideal place for family fun.
It normally opens on the weekend closest to Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day, and a surveillance schedule is in place until mid-August.
The beach opening is marked by a BBQ offered graciously by the Kiwanis Club of Rouyn-Noranda and its generous sponsors.
Admission is free.
