Chocolate is worked on and combined with different products to create a richer experience, developing the art of pairing it with beer or Porto. The hot chocolates stand out for their originality and variety. Made with 50gr of quality chocolate and ground spices, Le Gisement’s hot chocolates are freshly infused.
In addition, Le Gisement offers several drinks, alcoholic or not, hot or cold, that pleases an ever-growing clientele. A choice of meals, mainly composed of sandwiches and salads, satisfies the hungry appetite. For the gourmets, an interesting selection of bites and chocolate fondues is available. The menu is completed with coffees of all kinds, a wide variety of teas, several microbrewery beers in bottles and on tap, various choices of iced teas, smoothies, and an innovative choice of sangrias. Le Gisement integrates a maximum of regional products in its menu.
