Trick-or-treating throughout the City of Rouyn-Noranda will take place on Saturday, October 25, from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., in all neighbourhoods of the city.
Citizens are asked to please respect the designated hours.
Here are a few tips for celebrating safely:
– Wear light-colored clothing or clothing with reflective strips to be visible.
– Avoid wearing masks so you can see and hear well.
– Carry a flashlight to see better and be seen.
– Ring doorbells in groups or with an adult and always wait outside the houses.
– Walk on one side of the street at a time and avoid crossing unnecessarily.
The City of Rouyn-Noranda recommends extreme caution, urges motorists to be very careful, and thanks the many volunteers who participate in the event to ensure the safety of children.
