1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The Art Hive takes place on the second Saturday of each month, from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. You can arrive anytime during these hours.
The Art Hive at the Rouyn-Noranda Art Museum is a creative community studio where everyone is welcomed as an artist, regardless of their experience or artistic skills.
All art supplies are provided free of charge. Everyone is invited to express themselves freely, at their own pace, in a supportive atmosphere that fosters the joy of creating, sharing, and discovery.
The hive is facilitated by Gabrielle Leduc-Lebeuf, art therapist, and Barbara Beranek, curator of museum education at the Museum. Each session begins with a short introduction inspired by the museum context or a specific artwork, serving as a starting point for exploration.
By creating together, participants are invited to build connections, experiment, and sometimes produce collaborative works. Anyone who feels drawn to this is welcome, without prior registration.
