Have you always wanted to see the interior of Christ-Roi Ukrainian Church in Rouyn-Noranda? Here’s your chance: a free tour is being offered on the occasion of Religious Heritage Days.
Gather at 2 pm when Lilya Martin and Ilona Martynyuk will perform Ukrainian songs. This will be followed by a discussion led by Jean-Lou David on the history of the Ukrainian presence in the region accompanied by Jim Slobodian.
This activity is offered by the Corporation de La maison Dumulon and Christ-Roi Church thanks to the financial support of the Government of Quebec and the City of Rouyn-Noranda within the framework of the Cultural Development Agreement.
