As part of a theme of inclusion and diversity, the Intercultural Carnival will be part of an intercultural celebration.
Music, dance, brass band, percussion, Afro-Colombian show, traditional costumes and food from around the world.
It all begins with a walk along the pedestrian street in downtown Rouyn-Noranda, followed by a dinner and ending with a show inspired by the richness and diversity of Afro-Colombian music.
