Every year, the Fête de la pêche (Fishing Festival) is an introduction to fishing. For three days, you can fish without buying a license, except for Atlantic salmon.

The Fête de la pêche is held every Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday following the first Thursday in June.

Various activities are organized by the L’ Association des Chasseurs et Pêcheurs de Rouyn-Noranda in collaboration with the City of Rouyn-Noranda.
