Dance
Paysages de Papier (Landscapes of Paper) features three performers and a huge sheet of paper. At the heart of a delicate dance, the dancers’ bodies mingle with the material, crumpled, folded, torn, to let fears, desires and dreams express themselves. The show celebrates the ability to imagine, the pleasure of being together, the importance of taking time to feel things. It invites young people to open up to others, by transporting them into dreamlike worlds where funny characters come together. With Paysages de Papier, Estelle Clareton makes us discover that creativity is an excellent remedy to all forms of reclusion or confinement and that good ideas can arise from boredom.
