Puppet theater – Presented in collaboration with Osisko en fête. In French.
Inspired by Ariosto’s 1516 epic poem Roland Furioso and the Italian puppets associated with epics, the pupi, Furioso blends a sense of adventure, love, princesses, an incredible bestiary and pioneering feminism. Borrowing from the novels of chivalry and fairy tales, this funny and inventive show, which multiplies the misunderstandings, is led by four performers-puppeteers who, at every moment, make the marvelous spring up.
A text by Olivier Kemeid, directed by Simon Boudreault.
With Carolina Chmielewski, Nicolas Germain-Marchand, Simone Latour Bellavance and Jethro Rome.
