Composer and conductor Jacques Marchand invites you to join him for a talk about his creative process in composing his two cycles of melodies on poems by Margot Lemire. The work was written for mezzo-soprano Caroline Gélinas and string orchestra Ensemble Aiguebelle. This unique conversation will be followed by a short performance by Caroline Gélinas, accompanied on piano by the composer. A draw will be held for a pair of tickets to the evening concert by Ensemble Aiguebelle.
