Born and still living in Dolbeau, north of Lac-Saint-Jean, Mat Lévesque is a comedian who excels at telling anecdotes. He has 15 years’ experience. He was a member of the trio Les sodas mousse from 2004 to 2012. They made the final of En route vers mon premier gala Juste pour rire in 2011. Since 2009, he’s been touring the province performing his solo work.
Mat is one of 36 participants in the second season of Prochain Stand-Up, broadcast on Noovo. On stage, he’s a mix of raw stand-up and “gars du Lac” anecdotes. Grunge is his 2nd solo show. He tackles themes such as “adulescence” and aging well… or not.
