“Fashion and Traditions: The Art of the Reinvented Pagne” is an immersive cultural experience that invites the public to discover one of the most emblematic symbols of African clothing heritage: the pagne.
This activity, presented in two 25-minute sessions, focuses on three major themes.
This activity fits perfectly with the city’s 2025-2026 heritage theme, building bridges between African and Quebec clothing traditions. It offers a unique opportunity for cultural discovery while promoting intergenerational and intercultural exchanges within the Rouyn-Noranda community.
With our experience in organizing cultural events, notably the highly successful Afrostival, and thanks to our team of experts in African clothing traditions, we are able to offer a high-quality activity that will captivate and culturally enrich participants.
Open to all, no reservation required.
