This free event, open to all, will be held simultaneously in over 100 cities across Quebec. Whether you choose the 2.5 km or 5 km route, you will be helping to promote the importance of healthy lifestyles while enjoying quality time with family or friends.
Practical information:
– Route: 2.5 km on trails and 5 km on nearby streets.
– Dogs on leashes are welcome.
– A snack will be provided before the start, and entertainment will be available before and after the walk.
– Door prizes will be drawn on site.
– Restrooms and parking will be available nearby (Promutuelle Assurance Boréale and Senator Avenue).
– The route and site are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The Fédération des médecins omnipraticiens du Québec and the Grand défi Pierre Lavoie are once again joining forces to encourage Quebecers to adopt healthy lifestyles.
