The Festival Mudra is a three-day sporting, cultural and outdoor event held during the summer season. Workshops in yoga, meditation, dance, on the water and outdoor activities will be offered to participants and taught by passionate special guests from the region and the province. The Festival Mudra is known for its tight-knit community that emerges from the Mudra Espace Sportif center located in the heart of the city of Rouyn-Noranda.
