This workshop will help your child identify how he or she feels stress in the body (physical symptoms) and discuss ways to better manage stress.
This activity will be led by Marie-Eve Laplante, social worker and art therapist M.A. AATQ.
Art therapy is a method that uses artistic creation as a tool for expression and reflection, without the need for any art skills.
Prerequisites: Your child’s interest in understanding and managing stress is recommended.
