2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Take part in a dance workshop given by two young up-and-coming Quebec dance choreographers: Maïka Giasson and Simik Komaksiutiksak. They will perform their respective first pieces on February 17 at 8 p.m., as part of the Futur Danse – Entrez en contact avec le mouvement de demain event.
Through a variety of dance techniques (contemporary dance, stretching and warm-ups…), come and tell your own story through movement and the body. No previous dance experience is necessary, and the workshop is open to all, provided that you show respect and kindness. Bring soft clothes and a bottle of water.
Registration for the workshop guarantees a pair of tickets for the evening of February 17.
Entry fee: $10 per person.
EXCLUSIVE: For $20, you can attend all three Bien dans ma peau workshops.

With La Danse sur les routes du Québec, we offer an annual evening devoted to the work of two up-and-coming Quebec choreographic artists:
Anxiety, by Simik Komaksiutiksak, an Inuk Bispirutel artist from Nunavut, who opens a door on individual and collective traumas and invites the audience to get in touch with its inner life, emotions and rituals.
Dyneema, by Montreal artist Maïka Giasson, depicts a post-apocalyptic world where political and climatic issues are at stake.
