Calamine’s concert is presented as a manifesto of queer irreverence, a festive and casual process of hetero-patriarchy and an eco-anxious lament of competing enthusiasm and cynicism. In the face of neo-liberal indecency, personal degrowth invites us to dance to the decay of the world, embrace the intellectual bad faith of populists and reclaim our status as waste from a perspective of empouvoirement. The therapeutic tools favored at his concerts are hysteria and alienation.
