Photo exhibition: “Beyond appearances
This exhibition presents the history and migratory journey of individuals from various cultures who have settled in Rouyn-Noranda over the years. The idea is to go beyond the image of the immigrant worker that economic immigration to Quebec engenders by humanizing the immigrants, without automatically associating them with the workforce.
The reflections and discussions that will be generated by the testimonies are important to stop discrimination and encourage cultural diversity in our beautiful region.Read and hear their stories in an open and friendly atmosphere!
