Gab Bouchard’s live show begins and ends with a “big high”, taking the time to fully embrace a few more laid-back pieces in the middle – an elaborate, seamless show chock-full of country-folk, pop-rock and soul, undulating with acoustic moments and, above all, arrangements that are more hard-hitting than on the recordings.
On the strength of a festival tour that ended with a packed Club Soda to bid farewell to his debut album Triste pareil, and recently propelled by a series of concerts to unveil his second, Grafignes, Gab Bouchard presents his brand-new show, backed by a batch of practiced musicians.
