The baby visit is a first immersion in the world of creation for toddlers. It’s also a time for sharing between babies and parents. After a ten-minute tour of the exhibition, children take part in a creative sensory activity adapted to their age.
For the youngest (6-24 months), it’s a finger-painting activity. For older children (2-5 years), the activity involves sculpting with self-hardening clay. Paint and paste are made by the museum team from food ingredients such as cornstarch, baking soda and food coloring. At the end of each workshop, parents can take home a recipe to reproduce at home.
Snacks, juice and coffee will be served during the event.
