Cinqops, whose real name is Adam Filion, is a rapper from Rouyn-Noranda. At the age of 15, interested in rap since his childhood, he began to write his own songs. In the 2000s, he performed on several stages in Abitibi-Témiscamingue under the same name and with the group Mauvaise Frékence (2000 to 2002). He also participated in the first Hip-Hop Dépendant (HHD) events of rapper Steve Jolin, Anodajay. Following several transformative events, Cinqops finally comes out of his den with an assumed pen.
