PRESENTATION
LES MASQUES (working title) is a theatrical and musical creation by Jérémie Turgeon. This play for teenagers tackles the subject of toxic virility in the context of field hockey. It follows three characters. Sam, a young boy who has been suspended from his BB field hockey team for nebulous reasons; Eve, his older sister, who tries to cheer him up even though hers is not at its peak; and Jeff, a goalie who has just arrived in their Laurentian town.
This research and creation stage is supported by the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec, the Ministère de la Culture et des Communications and the Rivière-du-Nord MRC.
