Les rencontres is six original monologues by local authors inspired by an encounter with a citizen. Each author is paired with a citizen and must meet. The place and the reason for the meeting are up to them: over coffee, a beer, a walk, an activity, at home, in a public place. No topic of conversation is imposed. Only the curiosity and dialogue of a first meeting between two strangers. Following their discussion, the author must write a monologue inspired by the conversation and/or the person they met. Each text will be assigned to an actor to read before an audience, directed by a director.
