In September, the Caisse Desjardins de Rouyn-Noranda and the Collectif Territoire are presenting a series of musical, sporting, and recreational activities at the Esplanade and Parc des Pionniers to explore various ways of animating and showcasing these venues.
This project is part of the Laboratoire d’espace public, a participatory cultural development initiative at Lake Osisko that aims to reveal the potential of places in need of love through participatory transitional development projects and cultural and artistic activities.
