Immerse yourself in an unforgettable culinary experience at this gourmet dinner with talented chef Jézabel Pilote. On the program: an upscale meal, carefully crafted by the chef, consisting of five courses of savory dishes, followed by a sweet bite to end on a high note. Tickets are available with or without wine pairing.
Menu
1st course
Zucchini spaghetti with salsa, eggplant, goat cheese cromesquis with pistachio, carrot coulis and spinach emulsion.
2nd course
Braised octopus with hazelnut butter and saffron, onion relish, white bean purée, crispy onions and black garlic aioli.
3rd course
Sacchetti with truffles and house ricotta, creamy parmesan sauce, buttered scallops and crispy tuile.
4th course
Seared smoked duck, strawberry and balsamic reduction, foie gras, fleur de sel and sugar cloud.
5th course
Veal loin wrapped in bresaola glazed with spiced maple syrup, sweetbreads with hazelnut butter and sphere of fried gratin dauphinois.
Dessert
Chocolate and raspberry trilogy: mini crème brûlée, cake pop, pavlova and sorbet.
